Anonymous: The show and the book are so different. In a way I like that, because in the end The Vampire Diaries makes a better show than book. I'd definitely like to see where they take the show and how they connect it to the original story line. Thoughts? Have you read the book?

Mmmm, well, I usually prefer books to tv. I’d always read the original version of something before watching the adaptation. But in the case of the TVD books, I could never really get into them before I starting watching the show, so I just started watching it on it’s own. And because of that, I didn’t think I’d like the TSC books all that much either- so I just watched the show straight up. But, lately, I have been thinking of reading them because I know there have been major changes (like Nick dying instead of dating Cassie), and I do want to see how it compares with the show.

hahaha I do ship them, but probably not in a romantic way any more seeing as they’re most likely sisters. I think Phoebe just has chemistry with anything that moves- she’s very shippable

lol, I don’t have one set one- it changes from Diana/Adam to Cassie/Adam basically every episode, and then I also like Jake/Cassie, so my shipper sense is kind of confused…
